Salu-salo is an offertory song with an Gregorian Chant feel in it. It has a solemn quiet feel in the beginning which becomes grand towards the end. I have been trying to find the composer of this song, but I can't find him/her. Anyway, I really find this song very liturgical and appropriate this season of lent (or any season at that matter).
Enjoy listening and happy learning!
Should you find anything that doesn't add up in the video, please let me know. :)
It's been a long time since I posted something here. Apologies for that. Anyway, it has also been a year since we, in the Philippines, were visited by the Pope himself. Truly, it was a moving experience for all of us. Known with it's passion in serving the Church properly, the Filipino Liturgists and Mass Song Composers didn't let this moment pass without producing music specifically for this momentous event.
Now, I am posting the "Gloria" sang by the thousand-member choir assembled during the concluding mass in Luneta Grandstand since our choir group will also sing this in the coming Sundays.
Enjoy! Happy Listening and Learning!
Should you have concerns regarding the music, just leave a comment and I'll try to get back to you :)
